Position: Senior Accountant
Experience: 4–6 Years
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, statutory compliance, reconciliations, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles and hands-on experience with taxation and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable, accounts receivable, expenses, and general ledger.
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
- Perform bank, ledger, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances and ensure timely filing/payment.
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, journal entries, and other accounting documents.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and follow up for timely settlements.




- Assist in budgeting, cash-flow monitoring, and financial planning.
- Coordinate with auditors and provide required financial records and supporting documents.
- Ensure proper maintenance and filing of accounting records and supporting documents.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
- Support management in financial analysis and other accounting-related requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) required; M.Com/CA Inter/other relevant qualification will be an advantage.
- 4–6 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, income tax, and statutory compliance.
- Robust knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent reconciliation and analytical skills.
