- Cost Optimization
: Drive strategic negotiations to achieve annual cost reduction targets.
- Vendor Management
: Onboard, evaluate, and manage reliable suppliers to mitigate supply chain risks.
- Inventory Control (stores)
: Optimize stock levels to balance working capital and prevent production delays.
- Procurement Management




/Leather Procurement (Core Responsibility).
- Production Coordination

- Process Improvement

- Compliance
: Ensure 100% adherence to procurement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and statutory audits.
- Leadership/Team Management
: Manage and mentor the internal purchase and sourcing team.

Candidate Profile
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing and material procurement at a senior level.
- Solid negotiation, contract management, and analytical skills.
- Experience with ERP systems (like SAP or Oracle).
