We are currently looking for a Junior Executive Post Order Activities for our Commercial / Order Management team based in Thane.

The role involves coordinating post-order activities, including order documentation, LC and EPCG-related processes, logistics coordination, payment follow-ups, SAP ECC updates, MIS reporting, and coordination with internal teams such as Sales, Finance, Logistics, Commercial and Operations.

Ideal profile:
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Order Management, Commercial Operations, Export Documentation, Logistics Coordination, or Sales Operations
- Basic understanding of LC, EPCG, logistics and payment processes would be an advantage
- Working knowledge of SAP ECC and MS Excel
- Robust coordination, follow-up, communication and organizational skills
