*About the Company*

Our client is a fast-growing interior solutions company specializing in premium furniture and interior products imported from China. The company delivers high-quality interior solutions for residential and commercial projects across India.

*Key Responsibilities*
- Coordinate with the China sourcing and procurement team regarding orders, shipments, and project timelines.
- Communicate with clients across India and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Schedule meetings and manage senior management calendars.
- Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM) and follow up on action items.
- Maintain CRM records, customer databases, and project documentation.
- Prepare quotations, reports, presentations, and MIS reports.




- Track order status and coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Handle day-to-day back-office and administrative operations.
- Provide executive assistance and operational support to senior management.

*Required Skills*
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas) and MS Office.
- Excellent coordination, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with international teams and multiple stakeholders.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

*Preferred Candidate*
- Female candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in Interior Design, Furniture, Architecture, Construction, Import-Export, or related industries will be preferred.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, coordination-driven environment.
