Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Product Manager - B2B Lending to build and scale our products from 0 1. This is a hands-on product role for someone who enjoys getting deep into complex business processes, understanding lending journeys end-to-end, and translating them into simple, scalable and technology-driven products. The role will work closely with Credit, Risk, Operations, Technology, Business, Partnerships and external partners to build highly productive lending systems that can support significant scale. The individual will own the product lifecycle end-to-end-from understanding business requirements and mapping processes to writing PRDs, defining product journeys, working with engineering, managing integrations and taking products live.
Responsibilities
1. Build the Product from 0 1




- Own the product development journey for Medical,Education (currently) and new segment lending from concept to launch.
- Understand complex lending processes and convert them into efficient, scalable product workflows.
- Define product vision, requirements, workflows and roadmap in collaboration with business and technology teams.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, automate and improve existing processes.
- Prioritise features based on business impact, customer/partner needs, complexity and time-to-market.
2. Own the End-to-End Lending Lifecycle

Take product ownership across the complete lending journey, including:
- Customer/partner onboarding
- Lead and application journeys
- KYC and documentation
- Credit assessment and underwriting
- Credit policy and risk rules
- Loan approval
- Sanction and documentation
- Disbursement
- Repayment and mandate management
- Collections and overdue management
- Prepayment/foreclosure
- Customer and partner serv
