Key Responsibilities
- Cross-Platform Development: Architect and build scalable, responsive user interfaces using React.js, Next.js (for web) and React Native / Flutter (for mobile).
- AI-Driven Development: Actively utilize AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to generate boilerplate, refactor code, write documentation, and accelerate the overall development process.
- Prompt Engineering: Write effective, context-aware prompts to maximize the output of AI coding assistants.
- UI/UX Implementation:



Collaborate closely with design concepts to translate wireframes into pixel-perfect, intuitive, and modern interfaces.
- Team Leadership: Act as a core team member who can mentor juniors, conduct code reviews, and eventually assist in building and scaling an efficient engineering team.
- Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends in frontend architecture and AI coding workflows to keep the company at the cutting edge.
- Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in frontend development.
- Core Stack Mastery: Strong proficiency in React.js and Next.js is mandatory.
