Position: Psychologist – Character Development Program DesignerQualification:
- M.Sc. Psychology (Mandatory)
- Specialization in Child Psychology, Educational Psychology, Counselling Psychology, or related fields preferred

Experience:
- Fresher or up to 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience in curriculum design, educational content development, assessment creation, or child development programs will be an added advantage

- Design character development curriculum aligned with CBSE, NEP 2020, and holistic education goals.
- Develop age-appropriate learning modules for Pre-Primary to Grade 10.
- Create lesson plans, student activities, worksheets, reflection exercises, and project-based learning tasks.
- Integrate themes such as empathy, resilience, self-awareness, responsibility, teamwork, leadership, emotional intelligence, and ethical decision-making.

Assessment Design




- Develop formative assessments to measure character and social-emotional competencies.
- Create rubrics, observation checklists, self-assessment tools, and student reflection frameworks.
- Ensure assessments are developmentally appropriate and practical for school implementation.

Required Skills
- Develop character education and SEL curriculum, lesson plans, activities, and learning resources.
- Develop Social-Emotional Learning (SEL), character education, and student well-being frameworks
- Design tools to measure students' social-emotional awareness, competencies, and behavioural growth.
- Create questionnaires, surveys, rubrics, observation checklists, and self-assessment frameworks.
- Analyse assessment data and recommend evidence-based interventions to support student development.
- Research child psychology, SEL frameworks, and best practices in character education.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
