Personal Coordinator — Mohali · Full-Time

The Role

This is not a standard administrative role. You will work directly in the Founder's orbit — managing his time, his commitments, his information flow, and the dozens of moving pieces that come with running a fast-growing, multi-vertical group. You will be the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks, that the right things get his attention at the right time, and that everything around him runs smoothly so he can focus on building.

What You Will Do

Time and Calendar Management
- Own the Founder's calendar end to end — scheduling, rescheduling, prioritising, and protecting time for what matters most
- Coordinate meetings across time zones with founders, investors, clients, and government contacts
- Anticipate conflicts before they happen and resolve them without being told to




- Ensure the Founder is always prepared — right documents, right context, right person briefed — before every meeting

Communication and Correspondence
- Filter, triage, and draft responses to emails, WhatsApp messages, and other communications on behalf of the Founder
- Prepare briefing notes, meeting summaries, and follow-up trackers after key conversations
- Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and senior stakeholders professionally and with full discretion
- Ensure commitments made in meetings are tracked and followed up on

Travel and Logistics
- Plan and book all travel — flights, hotels, ground transport, visas — efficiently and without errors
- Prepare detailed travel itineraries with all confirmations, contacts, and contingencies in one place
- Handle last-minute changes calmly and find solutions before flagging problems

Research and Preparation
- Research people, companies, markets, or topics the Founder need
