Position Details

· Department: Accounts & Finance

· Reporting To: Head – Accounts & Finance

· Role Type: SAP B1 Implementation & Administration

Role Summary

The role is responsible for SAP Business One (B1) implementation coordination, post go-live system administration, MIS & financial reporting, and audit & compliance support, ensuring smooth ERP operations and accurate management reporting.

Key Responsibilities

SAP B1 Implementation & Support

· Coordinate SAP B1 implementation with consultants and internal teams

· Manage master data, data migration, UAT, end-user training & go-live support

· Provide L1 SAP support, user access control, configurations & approvals

Reporting, Finance & Compliance





· Prepare Daily MIS (Sales, Inventory, Cash Flow, AR/AP)

· Develop SAP & Crystal Reports

· Support internal/statutory audits and audit closure

· Handle DGFT & export-import compliance documentation

· Assist in group company financial reporting

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

· SAP Go-Live as per plan with zero critical data errors

· 95% user adoption within 30 days

· L1 SAP issue resolution within 4 working hours

· Daily MIS shared by 11:30 AM with 100% accuracy

· 95% audit closures within timelines

Candidate Profile (Preferred)

· Experience in SAP Business One (Finance / ERP)

· Knowledge of accounting, MIS & audit coordination

· Exposure to manufacturing or export-oriented setup preferred

· Solid coordination, documentation & reporting skills

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
