Operations Manager – Jewellery Store

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our jewellery store. The role involves managing staff, ensuring smooth sales operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, monitoring customer service, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations and staff performance.
- Monitor sales, targets, stock, and inventory movements.
- Ensure proper handling and security of jewellery and valuables.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation.
- Coordinate with accounts, purchase, and management teams.
- Prepare daily operational and sales reports.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and safety procedures.

Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in jewellery retail or store operations.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Valuable knowledge of jewellery sales and inventory management.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
