Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our services.

Handle customer queries and provide relevant information.

Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.

Build good relationships with customers.

Achieve daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.

Maintain basic records of calls and customer information.

Requirements:

Freshers can apply.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident and polite communication.

Basic computer knowledge.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Job Details:

Salary: ₹11,000 – ₹15,000 per month plus incentive

Timing: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Location: Patiala Road, Zirakpur
