We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and visionary School Principal to provide academic and administrative leadership and oversee the overall functioning of the school. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and management skills, with a proven ability to maintain high academic standards and foster a positive, disciplined, and student-focused school workplace.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the school's academic and administrative operations.
- Develop and implement academic plans, policies, and initiatives in line with the school's vision and curriculum requirements.
- Monitor teaching and learning standards and work closely with teachers to improve academic outcomes.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate teachers and other staff members.
- Oversee student discipline, attendance, safety, well-being, and overall development.
- Monitor lesson planning, assessments, examinations, results, and academic progress.
- Ensure effective implementation of the applicable CBSE / ICSE / State Board curriculum and school policies.




- Coordinate with parents, teachers, management, and other stakeholders to maintain effective communication.
- Oversee admissions, staff recruitment, training, and professional development.
- Organize and supervise school events, co-curricular activities, examinations, and other major programs.
- Maintain appropriate school records, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable educational regulations, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
- Represent the school professionally before parents, authorities, and the wider community.

Qualification
- Master's Degree in Education or a relevant subject.
- B.Ed. / M.Ed. preferred.
- Candidates with relevant school leadership and administrative experience will be given preference.
- Experience as a Vice Principal, Academic Coordinator, Headmistress/Headmaster, or Principal will be an added advantage.
