Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities to achieve Quality, Cost & Delivery (QCD) targets.
- Manage manpower, shift operations, and production planning.
- Lead team performance, training, and employee development.
- Drive continuous improvement through 5S, TPM, Kaizen, and Lean practices.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and company standards.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics teams to resolve production issues.
Preferred Candidate
- Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Automobile, or Industrial Engineering.
- 48 years of production supervision experience in the automotive manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, TPM, and HSE.
- Positive leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts.
