Couple Coordinator
Department: Patient Coordination / Counselling
Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Psychology
Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply)

Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support couples throughout their IVF/fertility treatment journey.
- Provide emotional support using basic psychology and counselling skills.
- Communicate with patients, doctors, nurses, and other departments.
- Follow up on appointments, treatment schedules, and patient concerns.
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Handle couples with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
Pay: Starting amount : ₹20,000 per month
Work Location: In office
