Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and lead high-performing sales teams. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in dealer/distributor management, regional sales, team leadership, strategic planning, and market development.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned region.
- Develop and implement effective regional sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Manage, mentor, and monitor the performance of Area Sales Managers and field sales teams.
- Build, strengthen, and expand dealer and distributor networks.
- Identify and onboard recent dealers, distributors, and key accounts to expand the customer base.
- Conduct farmer meetings, promotional activities, market activations, and product demonstrations.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and maintain healthy receivables.
- Handle customer/dealer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing,



market trends, and business opportunities.
- Prepare and review sales reports, budgets, forecasts, and incentive plans.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, policies, and sales processes.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, Product, and other cross-functional teams.
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of sales team members as per business requirements.
- Identify opportunities for market expansion, channel development, and business growth.
