Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading design concepts, delivering high-quality visuals, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and creative excellence across projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute creative design concepts for various projects and clients

Create high-quality designs for print, digital, branding, and marketing materials

Lead and guide junior designers, providing feedback and creative direction

Coordinate with internal teams to understand project requirements and timelines

Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and project objectives

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Review and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications





5–6 years of relevant professional experience in graphic/design-related roles

Robust proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (and other relevant tools)

Strong creative, conceptual, and visual design skills

Good understanding of branding, layouts, typography, and color theory

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team

Strong communication and time-management skills

Attention to detail and commitment to quality
