About Green Stapler

Green Stapler is a leading investment recovery and personal finance company. We are expanding our services by building a dedicated mutual funds and investment-distribution vertical.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and execution-focused professional who can build, launch and manage this vertical. This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for business strategy, client acquisition, AMC and platform partnerships, operations, compliance coordination, team building and business performance.

Key responsibilities:

* Develop and execute a 12–24-month roadmap for the mutual funds and investment-distribution business.

* Define target customer segments, product proposition, acquisition strategy and revenue model.

* Own business targets covering gross sales, net sales, SIP book, assets under management, trail revenue, client activation, retention and cross-selling.

* Generate business through existing customers,



referrals, digital campaigns, partnerships and corporate or community channels.

* Conduct client need assessments and risk-profiling discussions while maintaining ethical and suitable sales practices.

* Establish a structured framework for mutual fund research, product comparison, due diligence, model portfolios and periodic reviews.

* Build and maintain relationships with AMCs, registrars and transfer agents, transaction platforms, KYC service providers and other partners.

* Design and improve customer onboarding, KYC, transaction processing, reconciliation, reporting and service-request workflows.

* Establish processes for complaint handling, escalations, disclosures, record keeping and data protection.

* Coordinate with management and compliance or legal professionals to ensure adherence to applicable SEBI, AMFI and NISM requirements.
