Position Overview

Capacite Infraprojects Ltd. is looking for an experienced MEP Design & Coordination professional with 1225 years of experience in high-rise buildings / large building construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for MEP engineering design review, coordination, estimation, technical evaluation and ensuring seamless integration of MEP services with architectural and structural requirements.

The role requires solid experience in Mechanical and/or Electrical MEP systems, design coordination, BOQ/estimation, consultant coordination and execution support for large-scale residential, commercial or high-rise building projects.
- Key Responsibilities
1. MEP Engineering Design & Review
- Review and coordinate MEP engineering designs, drawings and specifications.




- Ensure designs comply with project requirements, applicable codes, standards and statutory requirements.
- Review Mechanical/Electrical services including HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, electrical power distribution, lighting, ELV and other building services as applicable.
- Identify design gaps, constructability issues and potential clashes at the design stage.
- Provide technical inputs for value engineering and optimisation of MEP systems.

2. MEP Coordination
- Coordinate MEP designs with Architectural, Structural, Civil and other engineering disciplines.
- Review and resolve clashes between MEP services and structural/architectural elements.
Coordinate with MEP consultants, architects, structural consultants, PMC and project teams.
- Lead coordination meetings and ensure timely closure of technical/design issues.
- Review coordinated/shop drawings and ensure readiness for execution.
