The Area Manager is responsible for managing and monitoring the overall operations and performance of multiple outlets within the assigned area. The role involves ensuring sales targets, operational standards, customer satisfaction, employee performance, inventory control, food quality, hygiene, and company policies are consistently maintained.

Key Responsibilities1. Outlet Operations
- Manage and monitor the day-to-day operations of all assigned outlets.
- Ensure outlets follow company SOPs, operational procedures, and service standards.
- Conduct regular outlet visits and operational inspections.
- Identify operational issues and take timely corrective action.
- Ensure smooth opening and closing procedures.

2. Sales & Business Performance
- Set and monitor outlet-wise sales targets.
- Track daily,



weekly, and monthly sales performance.
- Analyze sales trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Implement strategies to increase sales and outlet profitability.
- Monitor promotional activities and their effectiveness.

3. Staff Management
- Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, grooming, and discipline.
- Ensure proper manpower allocation and shift management.
- Coordinate recruitment requirements with HR.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
