We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Team Leader – Operations to manage our day-to-day e-commerce operations, from order processing and packaging to inventory coordination and final dispatch. The ideal candidate should be good at managing a team, maintaining accuracy, and ensuring orders are packed and dispatched on time.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations team.
- Manage order processing, product picking, packing, labeling, and dispatch.
- Ensure the correct quantity and products are packed in cartons as per orders.
- Check packaging quality and minimize packing or dispatch errors.
- Coordinate with courier/shipping partners for timely dispatch.
- Maintain records of orders, cartons, shipments, and inventory movement.
- Monitor stock and coordinate with the inventory team whenever required.
- Ensure proper handling, sorting, and storage of products.




- Track daily operational targets and team performance.
- Handle day-to-day operational issues and ensure smooth workflow.

What We’re Looking For
- 6 months – 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, warehouse operations, order fulfillment, packaging, or dispatch.
- Good team-handling and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of inventory and shipment management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced e-commerce setting.
- Candidates with experience in e-commerce warehouses, courier operations, or order fulfillment will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
