ROLE OVERVIEW

This is a hands-on execution role. You'll be the one bringing customer facing CRM campaigns to life - setting them up, scheduling them, double-checking details, and ensuring they go live exactly as planned.





Around 80% of your day will be implementation - pulling data, cleaning sheets, segmenting users, setting up PN, Whatsapp, Emailers & SMS campaigns on Moengage, and tracking delivery reports. The remaining 20%? Understanding the why behind what you're doing, passing on the feedback to teams on campaign performance against benchmarks, learning how user journeys work and how small actions lead to big engagement.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Set up and schedule CRM campaigns across Push Notifications, WhatsApp, Email, and SMS.
- Manage campaign configurations on MoEngage (don't worry, we'll train you) & other CRM automation tools.
- Pull, clean, and maintain datasets - making sure every list is accurate and ready on time.
- Track campaign performance: delivery, clicks, and engagement - and flag anything unusual.
