· Greet the customers & Staff (Namaskar)

· Provide assistance to Assistant Manager in all administrative & operational matters, documentation & reporting

· Collection of Daily Cash and deposit to Bank

· Keep record of excess or shortage in collection

· Keep records of income and expense

· Ensure expenses or payment to supplies/vendors are done only after prior approval from Unit Managers

· MIS Reports preparation and get it verified from Unit Managers and submission for the same to HO on daily basis

· Prepare vouchers for any payment made.

· Checking of Float Money at Box Office, Concession and Food Court

· Prepare all accounts related reports.

· Ensure to follow all the Govt. Compliance within stipulated period - Form 17, Entertainment Tax and license renewal , handle Govt. Authority

· Customer Satisfaction : Take care of Proper Service to customers and Satisfaction level is maintained and resolve any issues arise

· Keep record of attendance and leave taken by the employees





· Ensure Proper record is maintained for Security and housekeeping staff attendance on daily basis

· Ensure to movie downloading update and Release Orders (RO) and update to Unit Manager

· Keep record of Game Zone Coins on Daily Basis

· Keep all the records related to Web Booking and maintain updated records for on line booking

· Keeping track of Attendance and in-out of Employees and keep check on employees

· Prepare leave and attendance record of all employees and submission of same to concern HR Person at HO

· Submission of Daily Disciplinary Report to HR Person at HO

· Ensure that Employee's Grievances are resolved with the help of Concern Heads

· Induction of New Joinee at Site

· Support to current joinee in joining formality process at site level

· Support to Site *Employee* for facility allocations and any issue related to Facility based on co-ordination with Admin Dept at HO

· Ensure proper housekeeping is executed at premises and cleanliness of day to day garbage in
