AI-Native Full Stack Developer
who has fundamentally changed the way they build software through AI-assisted engineering.
This is
not
a traditional Full Stack Developer role.
The successful candidate will use AI as a core engineering tool—not as an occasional assistant—to deliver high-quality software faster, with less rework and better outcomes.
What we're looking for
- 5–8 years of professional Full Stack development experience
- Strong experience with
Node.js
,
React
,
TypeScript
,
PHP/Laravel
- Experience building production-grade web applications
- Excellent problem-solving and software design skills
Most Important Requirement
You must demonstrate robust practical experience using
AI-assisted software development
.
Claude Code
is our preferred development environment. Experience with equivalent AI-assisted development tools is acceptable if you can demonstrate an AI-first engineering workflow.
