Job description:
- Candidate needs to be proficient in FE meshing of complex structure using 1D, 2D, & 3D elements. Needs at least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in creating hexahedral, tetrahedral, and combined mesh with transition in ANSYS/NX CAE. Hypermesh meshing experience will be added advantage.
- Needs to perform model set-up including but not limited to, material, boundary condition, load, & contact application in ANSYS.



Needs to have good understanding and experience in linear & non-linear modeling.
- Needs to perform static thermal, structural and modal analyses. Experience in transient thermal, harmonic and buckling analyses will be added advantage.
- Needs to perform bolted joint assessment with reduced order and 3D modeling approaches.
- Needs to perform fatigue (LCF and HCF) analysis. Work experience in thermo-mechanical fatigue, fracture mechanics and creep analyses will be added advantage.
- Needs to validate the results and document the assessment along with results summary and conclusion.
- Needs to participate in internal & external reviews and present the assessment to stakeholders.
- Needs to perform the task in timely manner with high quality.
