- 3+ years of experience in Application Production Support / Production Support.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes / Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
- Hands-on experience with Kafka / Confluent Kafka.
- Solid Linux/Unix troubleshooting skills.
- Experience troubleshooting production incidents independently.
- Experience with Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus or PagerDuty.
- Good knowledge of SQL/PostgreSQL.
- Experience with incident management, RCA and ticketing systems.
- Basic scripting knowledge in Python or Shell.
- Willingness to work in rotational 24x7 shifts.
