Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Pune. The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation,



attendance and leave management, and HR records maintenance. The role involves supporting employee relations by addressing queries, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture. The Human Resources Executive will help implement and update HR policies, ensure compliance with applicable regulations, and coordinate performance review processes. Additional responsibilities include assisting with recruitment activities, conducting HR-related trainings and orientations, and collaborating with management to support workforce planning and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support strategic and operational HR functions.
- Hands-on experience in end to end recruitment, onboarding, documentation, HRIS or HR tools, and routine administrative processes.
