The Learning Services Specialist supports the delivery of TVS Way learning journeys (such as onboarding, Yellow Belt, Green Belt programmes) by planning, coordinating, and executing training activities that drive adoption of TVS Way principles across the organisation. The role ensures high-quality learner experiences, solid operational discipline, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement to achieve superior learner satisfaction and high Net Promoter Score (NPS).

Responsibilities
Programme Delivery Execution
- Manage end-to-end delivery of learning programmes including cohort scheduling, facilitator coordination, and learner communication




- Ensure seamless programme setup (classrooms / virtual platforms / technology support)
- Support programme logistics, assessments, certifications, and post-programme activities
Programme Coordination Content Support
- Work closely with Programme Delivery Lead, Design Lead, and external partners
- Support content readiness, review of learning materials, and learner resources
- Ensure programmes meet TVS Way standards and learner-centric design
Stakeholder Engagement
- Coordinate with business leaders, HRBPs, and functional stakeholders for participant nomination programme alignment
- Gather feedback and share insights to support capability building
Vendor Internal Liaison
- Liaise with external training partners and internal teams (design, IT, comms, LMS)
- Manage facilitator coordination logistics support
Continuous Improvement (PDCA)
- Participate in regular PDCA cycles to improve learning delivery
- Support feedback gathering, metrics consolidation, and improvem
