Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide critical care to patients in the ICU, including administering medications, performing vital sign checks, and monitoring patient conditions.
- Assist with emergency procedures such as CPR and first aid when necessary.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop individualized treatment plans for patients undergoing surgery or other medical interventions.
- Maintain accurate records of patient data and communicate effectively with families regarding patient status.
Job Requirements :
- 1-10 years of experience in a hospital setting, preferably in an intensive care unit (ICU) or operation theatre environment.
- Robust knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and protocols related to critical care medicine.
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations during emergencies and crisis situations.
