*Dedicated Hostel Wardens needed to oversee the well-being, discipline, and daily routine of resident students.*
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide pastoral care and ensure the physical and emotional well-being of students in the hostel
- Supervise daily routines including study hours, meals, and lights-out
- Maintain discipline and address student concerns with empathy and fairness
- Liaise with parents, teachers, and school administration on student welfare matters
- Handle emergencies and coordinate medical care when required
- Organize hostel activities and encourage a positive, homely environment
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline; background in education, counselling, or social work preferred
- Prior experience in a residential school or hostel setting preferred
- Patience, robust interpersonal skills, and a caring disposition toward children/teenagers
- Ability to handle responsibility round-the-clock in a boarding environment
- Experience coaching a sport will be an added advantage
