Role & responsibilities
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, including NDAs, vendor and service agreements, supply and purchase agreements, consultancy agreements, licensing agreements and hospital agreements.
- Review contractual terms relating to liability, indemnity, intellectual property, confidentiality, payment, termination and dispute resolution.
- Review technical and scientific documents from a legal and compliance perspective.
- Support business and procurement teams in commercial negotiations and contract execution.
- Maintain contract records and track renewals, expiries and contractual obligations.
- Assist with legal notices, compliance matters and legal due diligence as required.

Preferred candidate profile
- Relevant legal experience in biotechnology,



pharmaceuticals, healthcare, clinical research or life sciences will be preferred.
- Practical, business-oriented approach to legal matters.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills:
- Strong commercial agreement drafting, negotiation and review skills.
- Sound legal interpretation and risk-assessment abilities.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Good communication, coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
- Robust attention to detail and the ability to work within timelines.
