1. Manpower Planning & Recruitment

Plan manpower requirements across all restaurant outlets in coordination with Operations and Management.

Handle end-to-end recruitment for restaurant and corporate positions.

Build and maintain a reliable talent pipeline for both operational and managerial roles.

Coordinate interviews, selection, reference checks, offer letters, and joining formalities.

Ensure timely closure of critical vacancies, particularly for restaurant operations.

Develop relationships with recruitment agencies, hospitality institutes, job portals, and other talent sources.

2. Employee Onboarding & Documentation

Manage complete onboarding and joining formalities for current employees.

Ensure proper documentation, employee records, contracts, and statutory requirements.

Conduct HR induction and communicate company policies, procedures, code of conduct, and employee benefits.

Maintain accurate and updated employee master data across all outlets.

3. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination

Monitor attendance, shifts, leave, weekly offs, late marks, overtime,



and absenteeism.

Coordinate with outlet managers and the accounts/payroll team for accurate monthly payroll processing.

Verify payroll inputs including attendance, incentives, deductions, overtime, new joiners, exits, and salary revisions.

Address employee queries related to salary, attendance, leave, and benefits.

4. Employee Relations & Grievance Handling

Act as the primary HR point of contact for employees across outlets.

Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, conflicts, and workplace concerns fairly and confidentially.

Maintain positive employee relations and a healthy workplace culture.

Ensure appropriate documentation and process adherence for disciplinary actions and employee exits.

5. Performance Management

Implement and monitor performance appraisal processes across the organisation.

Work with department heads and outlet managers to establish KRAs/KPIs.
