Role Overview :

Gumlet is looking for a high-performing Senior BDR to drive outbound pipeline and help scale our sales engine. This role is a unique mix of high-velocity prospecting and strategic selling — you’ll engage with mid-market and enterprise prospects, experiment with messaging, and directly impact revenue. You’ll work closely with AEs and Marketing to build pipeline, shape processes, and scale what works.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own outbound prospecting across email, LinkedIn, and calls
- Craft highly personalized, strategic messaging for target accounts
- Prospect into new accounts using structured sales methodologies and book meetings for Account Executives
- Partner with Marketing to execute outbound & ABM campaigns
- Maintain clean CRM data and pipeline hygiene
- Contribute to playbooks, messaging, and outbound strategy

Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of BDR/SDR experience (SaaS preferred) in India, ME and SEA Market.
- Strong outbound prospecting experience
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-performance workplace
- Excellent communication and personalization skills
- High ownership, urgency, and a “builder” mindset
