Most sales jobs in this trade are cold calling on dealers. This is not that.

We run a field team that walks residential colonies and finds houses under construction at the exact stage where plywood gets chosen walls up, plaster or flooring underway, woodwork still to be bought. Our office then calls the owner and fixes an appointment.

You arrive at a house where the owner is expecting you, knows he needs plywood, and has already agreed to a meeting. Your job is to be credible about the product, handle the contractor, and get the order placed through our dealer.

What you will do
- Visit 4–6 homeowners a day from a list on your phone, most with an appointment already fixed
- Convince the owner and, just as often, the carpenter or contractor who actually chooses the brand
- Route the order through the local Corbett dealer and make sure the material reaches the house
- Record every visit on your phone — what happened,



and how much material went in. Five minutes a house, not paperwork in the evening
- Work with the two or three field executives in your towns

What we are looking for
- 3+ years selling building materials — plywood, laminate, tiles, sanitaryware, paint, hardware. Area Sales Officer or Sales Executive experience is exactly right
- You know the product. Grades, thicknesses, what goes in a kitchen versus a wardrobe versus a door. A homeowner spending two lakhs can tell in five minutes whether you know your trade
- Existing relationships with dealers and contractors in your area are a real advantage
- Own vehicle and licence. The towns are 40–90 km apart
- An Android smartphone you are comfortable using
- Fluent Hindi; enough English to read the app
