Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Telesales Team Leader to lead, manage, and motivate a telesales team to achieve sales targets. Candidates with experience in SaaS, software, or B2B sales will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of telesales executives to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Monitor daily calls, leads, conversions, and team performance.
- Provide regular coaching, feedback, and training to improve team productivity.
- Develop and implement effective telesales strategies to increase conversions.
- Track sales pipelines and ensure timely follow-up with prospects.
- Handle escalations and support team members in closing challenging prospects.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and share performance updates with management.

Requirements




- 2+ years of experience in Telesales / Inside Sales, with at least some experience in a team-handling or leadership capacity preferred.
- Experience in SaaS, Software, Technology, or B2B sales is an added advantage.
- Looking for someone who can bring team members along with them
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Positive understanding of lead management and sales conversion processes.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
