Job Summary:
The Solar Site Engineer will manage and supervise the installation of solar power plants at project sites and ensure work is done safely, on time, and as per design.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise solar panel, structure, inverter, and electrical installation
- Manage workers and contractors at site
- Ensure quality, safety, and project timelines
- Check drawings and technical specifications
- Maintain daily site reports and material records
- Support testing and commissioning
Qualification:
Diploma / B.E. in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy
Experience:
2-4 years in solar EPC or similar projects
Skills:
- Knowledge of solar systems
- Site supervision
- Basic reporting and documentation
- Safety and quality control
Preferred Certifications:
- Certification in solar PV installation.
