Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) – Job Description (FEMALES ONLY)

**Credzio Financial Solutions Pvt. Ltd.** is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the position of **Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)**.
Job Responsibilities

* Handle customer enquiries and provide appropriate information about financial products and services.

* Follow up with customers and leads through calls and other communication channels.

* Assist customers with loan, credit card .

* Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

* Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, application processing and approvals.

* Generate and follow up on leads to achieve assigned targets.





* Maintain proper records and update customer information.

* Meet individual and team performance targets.

* Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

**Employment Type:** Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
