- Product Presentation
- Display and explain different jewellery designs, collections, and categories.
- Explain product specifications such as gold purity, weight, diamonds/gemstones, making charges, etc.
- Demonstrate products confidently and professionally.
- Sales & Target Achievement
- Generate sales through effective product pitching and upselling.
- Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
- Convert walk-in customers into buyers.
- Suggest additional products or complementary jewellery.
- Price & Billing Explanation
- Clearly explain jewellery pricing, making charges, wastage, taxes, discounts, and exchange values as applicable.
- Coordinate with the billing team for accurate invoicing.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain valuable relationships with existing and new customers.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries and future purchases.
- Encourage repeat purchases and referrals.
- Counter & Inventory Management
- Maintain proper display of jewellery at the counter.
- Handle jewellery carefully and follow showroom security procedures.
- Coordinate with the inventory team for stock availability and movement.
- Ensure products are properly returned and accounted for after customer viewing.
- Visual Merchandising
- Keep the counter clean and attractive.
- Ensure jewellery is properly arranged according to showroom guidelines.
- Highlight new arrivals, offers, and premium collections.
- Customer Service
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Provide a smooth and memorable buying experience.
- Assist customers with exchanges, repairs, resizing, and other after-sales requirements by coordinating with the relevant departments.
