E-commerce Specialist

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced E-commerce Specialist to manage and scale the brand’s online business across marketplaces and D2C platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in marketplace operations, sales growth, catalog management, campaign execution, and platform coordination within a fast-paced D2C/FMCG workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete end-to-end operations across marketplaces and brand website

• Handle product listings, catalog optimization, pricing strategy, inventory planning, and stock coordination

• Monitor marketplace performance, sales growth, returns, cancellations, and account health regularly

• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, offers, visibility strategies, and seasonal sales activities

• Coordinate with marketing, creative, operations, and warehouse teams for smooth execution

• Work closely with performance marketing teams to improve conversion rates, prepaid orders, and customer acquisition

• Manage and optimize platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Shopify,



and other marketplaces

• Analyze sales trends, customer behaviour, pricing benchmarks, and competitor activities

• Drive operational efficiency and ensure timely order processing, dispatch coordination, and issue resolution

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, sales reports, and marketplace analysis

• Coordinate with agencies and external partners for marketplace growth and execution

• Take ownership of scaling online revenue and improving overall marketplace performance

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of experience in E-commerce, Marketplace Management, or D2C operations

• Strong hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Myntra, Nykaa, and related platforms

• Good understanding of marketplace growth strategies, inventory planning, and sales optimization

• Strong analytical, reporting, and execution skills

• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and market
