JOB OVERVIEW

As a DU Leader, you will serve as the single point of accountability for delivery success across a portfolio of client accounts managed from Hyderabad. Unlike a service-line-aligned role, this position spans the full breadth of Jade Global's service portfolio — including Business Applications (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite), Salesforce, Workday, Analytics, Integration, Infrastructure, and AI & Digital Engineering. You will own delivery execution, customer satisfaction, governance, team leadership, and commercial performance across all services within your assigned accounts.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Engagement & Satisfaction
- Serve as the primary delivery contact for assigned accounts; build trusted relationships with key client stakeholders
- Manage customer cadence including weekly status reviews (WSRs), monthly delivery reviews, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs)




- Own OSAT/CSAT metrics and proactively manage feedback and improvement actions across the portfolio

Delivery Management
- Oversee end-to-end delivery across all Jade service lines within assigned accounts — projects, managed services, and enhancement requests
- Ensure delivery is in alignment with contracted scope, SLAs, and KPIs across a multi-service setting
- Manage RAID logs, resource planning, and issue escalations to ensure seamless delivery execution

People Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop the offshore delivery team in Hyderabad across all service lines within the DU
- Own hiring, performance management, and career development — driving retention and engagement below industry attrition benchmarks
- Manage team capacity, bench pipeline, and utilization to meet portfolio delivery demands

Governance, Reporting & Commercial Performance
- Drive delivery governance through structured reporting, dash
