? Key Responsibilities

• Drive recent business development for
IT Services, Software Solutions & Digital Transformation

• Generate and qualify leads through outbound sales, networking, LinkedIn, references and other channels

• Manage the
complete sales lifecycle
— lead generation, requirement understanding, proposal, negotiation and closure

• Identify and develop opportunities in
Domestic & International markets

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, decision-makers and strategic partners

• Explore and generate business through platforms such as
LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, Clutch and other B2B platforms

• Understand client requirements and coordinate with




Pre-Sales & Technical Teams
to prepare solution-oriented proposals

• Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations and commercial quotations

• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and regularly update CRM/sales reports

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual
revenue & business acquisition targets

• Research market trends, competitors and emerging opportunities in the IT industry

?️ Required Skills & Experience

✅
6–10 years of proven experience in IT Services / Software Sales / IT Business Development

✅
Candidates with IT Service Industry experience ONLY will be considered

✅ Strong experience in
B2B IT Sales & Client Acquisition

✅ Proven track record of generating leads and converting them into business

✅ Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and closing skills

✅ Experience dealing with domestic and/or international clients

✅ Good understanding of
Web & Mobile App Development, Cloud, ERP, AI/ML, Softwa
