- Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
- Manage multiple openings simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality results.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Robust understanding of sourcing strategies for both IT & NON-IT domains.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders effectively.
