Our client is looking for an experienced
Head – ERP & Enterprise Applications
to lead and drive their Oracle NetSuite ecosystem and enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.

Role Highlights
- Own the Oracle NetSuite strategy, roadmap, and governance.
- Lead and mentor ERP & application teams (20+ members).
- Drive implementations, customizations, integrations, and process automation.
- Ensure scalability, security, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Partner with executive leadership to deliver business transformation.

Requirements
- 10–15+ years
of Oracle NetSuite experience.
- 5+ years
leading NetSuite delivery teams.
- Solid expertise in NetSuite implementation, customization, and integrations.




- Experience managing large teams and complex enterprise environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Technical Skills
- NetSuite Financials, Procurement & Inventory, Projects, Asset Management, CRM, and Reporting.
- SuiteScript, Workflows, APIs, and integrations.
- Enterprise architecture, cloud infrastructure, security, DR, and ITSM.
- Preferred Industry Experience:
EPC, infrastructure, manufacturing, or other asset-intensive industries.
