Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Associate to support the growth of our media organization. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, acquiring clients, promoting media and advertising solutions, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across media, advertising, digital marketing, events, and content solutions.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, referrals, cold calling, email outreach, and social media.
- Meet prospective clients to understand their business and marketing requirements.
- Present and pitch advertising, sponsorship, digital media, branded content, and other media solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and customized commercial packages.
- Follow up with leads and manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to closure.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, agencies, brands, and business partners.
- Coordinate with editorial,



production, social media, marketing, and management teams to deliver client requirements.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets within agreed timelines.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the media industry.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client meetings, proposals, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Support management in developing new revenue streams, partnerships, and business initiatives.
- Ensure timely collection and follow-up on client payments when required.
