About the Role -

We are looking for an
aggressive, target-driven Business Development Manager
to drive new client acquisition and business growth for our recruitment and staffing business.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in
B2B sales, recruitment/staffing sales, client acquisition, and corporate relationship management
, with a proven ability to generate leads, convert prospects, and close recruitment mandates.

Key Responsibilities -
- Identify and acquire
recent corporate clients
across IT, Engineering, Manufacturing, BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, and other sectors.
- Generate business through
cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, references, networking, and market research
.
- Develop and maintain a strong
B2B sales pipeline
and consistently achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Connect with
HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Heads, CHROs, Business Heads, and Procurement/Vendor Management teams
.




- Understand client hiring requirements and convert them into recruitment mandates.
- Build long-term relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for
repeat and additional business
.
- Coordinate with the recruitment delivery team to ensure successful closure of mandates.
- Monitor client satisfaction, hiring volumes, TAT and overall account performance.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, pipeline reports and revenue projections for management.
- Track competitors, market trends, hiring demand and potential target accounts.
- Develop strategic accounts and grow them from
single-mandate clients into high-volume accounts
.
