Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their financial goals and provide tailored insurance solutions.
- Develop current business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
- Meet sales targets by selling life insurance products to customers across various channels (banca, bancassurance).
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues related to policy servicing.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in BFSI sales or bancassurance sales.
- Strong understanding of life insurance products and services.
- Excellent communication skills for effective relationship management with clients.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting sales targets.
- 2-wheeler with license mandatory
