- Candidate should be a graduate.
- Candidate must be two Wheeler Sales and Collections, along with driving Cross-Selling activities (Sourcing Commercial Vehicles and Home Loans) at the branch level.
- The role will involve managing business sourcing, monitoring collections, supporting cross-selling initiatives, and ensuring smooth branch operations.
- Should be able to Speak, Read and Write in English and Gujarati.
- Should be willing to travel within Anand & Gujarat as per the companies requirement .
- Should have basic Excel skills.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business targets.
- Identify current markets, customers, channels, and business opportunities.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Set sales targets and track individual and team performance.
- Generate leads through market visits, networking, referrals, and business development activities.
- Candidate sould have min 2 years of experiance from NBFC, Banking .
