RCC Infrastructures is looking for a dedicated and experienced Building Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations of our building. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of civil, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance and be able to coordinate effectively with technicians, contractors, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily building maintenance activities.
- Read and interpret civil, electrical, and plumbing drawings.
- Coordinate with contractors, technicians, and vendors.
- Inspect maintenance and repair work to ensure quality standards.
- Monitor civil, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance activities.
- Prepare daily work reports and maintenance records.
- Ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair work.
- Maintain workplace safety standards and housekeeping.
- Report maintenance issues and work progress to management.
Requirements
- Diploma//Graduate (Civil or Mechanical, Diploma in civil preferred).
- 15 years of experience in building maintenance or facility management.
- Ability to read construction and maintenance drawings.
- Basic knowledge of civil, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Good planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to supervise maintenance teams.
- Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance.
