Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with strong knowledge of Business Analysis and Quality Assurance to drive agile product development and ensure effective collaboration between business, product, QA, and engineering teams.

The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments, with a strong understanding of Scrum practices, stakeholder management, requirement analysis, functional testing, workflow validation, and product quality.

The candidate will be responsible for facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing team impediments, improving delivery processes,



ensuring effective backlog management, and supporting teams in translating business requirements into high-quality product outcomes. Exposure to AI/ML product testing or AI-driven workflows will be an added advantage.

Key ResponsibilitiesScrum Master & Agile Leadership
- Act as the Scrum Master and drive Agile/Scrum practices across product and technology teams.
- Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Work closely with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
- Ensure user stories are well-defined, prioritized, and ready for development.
- Track sprint progress, velocity, dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines.
- Identify and remove impediments/blockers affecting team productivity.
- Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and Agile best practices.
