Experience in Shopify is Mandatory.
- Strong skills in ecommerce catalog management, product listing, and data entry, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience working with ecommerce platforms/ERP systems, or CMS tools, and comfort with spreadsheets and basic data analysis.
- Ability to write clear, customer-focused product descriptions and manage categorization, attributes, and tags for improved search and navigation.
- Understanding of retail or fashion merchandising, inventory coordination, and pricing workflows; experience in textile or apparel retail is an advantage.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, along with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, fashion management, marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices for product content and basic knowledge of online customer behavior and conversion drivers.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai and adapt to a rapid-paced, growing omnichannel retail setting.
