Job Description

A Wooden Story is looking for a Sales & Project Coordinator to manage client coordination, project follow-ups, procurement, documentation, and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate furniture and interior projects from inquiry to quotation, approval, production, and dispatch.
- Handle clients, architects, designers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Manage BOQs, RFQs, quotations, POs, invoices, samples, drawings, and project records.
- Coordinate procurement, vendor quotations, materials, samples, pricing, and deliveries.
- Maintain project trackers, reports, and databases using Google Sheets and Google Drive.
- Coordinate showroom and site visits and maintain project updates.
- Manage Shopify product updates and support e-commerce activities.
- Manage social media activities across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Plan content and coordinate product/project photos, videos, captions, and marketing materials.




- Monitor social media performance and support digital marketing activities.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, approvals, payments, production, and dispatch.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Project Coordination, Procurement, Interior/Furniture, or Administration.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Positive knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Drive, and MS Excel.
- Experience with Shopify, social media, or digital marketing is an advantage.
- Furniture/interior/hospitality industry experience preferred.
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
